The Sussex Family History Group was founded in 1972. It has about four thousand members in Sussex, the rest of the UK, and around the world. There are seven meeting centres in the County at Brighton & Hove, Crawley, Bognor Regis & West Meads, Horsham, Uckfield, Worthing and Chichester; if you live in Sussex you are likely to find one fairly near to you. - Sussex Record Society
